Terms of ordering

Who you are buying from

Each order is a contract between you and the restaurant named on your order. Unleashed Orders provides the ordering software only.

Orders and acceptance

Your order is only confirmed once the restaurant accepts it. If the restaurant rejects it or does not respond, you will not be charged, and any card payment is refunded in full to your original payment method.

Prices and payment

Prices include VAT where applicable and are shown in pounds sterling. Card payments are processed by Stripe. Cash orders are paid on collection or delivery.

Allergies and food safety

Allergens present in each dish are listed on the menu. Kitchens handle all 14 major allergens and we cannot guarantee any dish is free from cross-contamination. If you have an allergy, contact the restaurant by phone before ordering.

Cancellations and refunds

Food is prepared to order, so once the restaurant has accepted your order it cannot normally be cancelled. This does not affect your statutory rights if food is not as described or not of satisfactory quality. Contact the restaurant directly.

Delivery

Delivery times are estimates. Delivery is only available within the restaurant's delivery area and subject to its minimum order value.
